SHIPPING INFORMATION

LOCAL SHIPPING:  If you are in the area (Pleasant Grove, UT), you may pick up your product for free! Simply make the appropriate shipping selection at checkout, then contact us to schedule a pickup time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All standard product will be shipped out within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Exceptions to this are:

  • Back Orders - some products may still be ordered when they are out of stock. Please note that all in-stock items will ship as normal with back ordered products noted on the packing slip, and when the back ordered product is ready, it will ship to you at no additional charge.
  • Store closures during breaks or holidays (we will always post closure times on our website and when shipping will resume)
  • Custom or bulk orders (ex: weddings, corporate gifts) as additional development and/or curing time may be required
  • Wholesale orders
For the later two reasons, contact will be made with the buyer and an agreed upon finish & shipping dates will be determined. Please plan such orders in advance. 


FOREIGN SHIPPING: We ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment except for the same reasons as listed above under Domestic Shipping. All packages under 4 lbs. will ship via USPS International - which is about 90% of the orders we receive. Buyers are responsible for any and all additional duties/fees charged for imports so please familiarize yourself with your country's importing regulations and fees before placing an order. Shipping time will vary by country policy, but it generally takes 2-3 weeks for packages to arrive.  

Where's My Package? - If you have not received your shipment in the time frame you expected and cannot locate it via the shipping link provided to you by email, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to help!

SHIPPING MATERIALS: We believe it is important to recycle when we can so we always reuse shipping peanuts and bubble wrap, and will often reuse shipping containers sent to us by other companies that are still in good condition. These practices not only reduce our carbon footprint, but they keep costs down for our customers, too!
