Please note we only accept applications from brick & mortar storefronts. Brick & mortar stores may list our products on their own websites, but Soaplicity alone reserves the right to sell on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, eBay, etc.

TERMS: Initial Orders - $200 minimum; Re-orders - $100 minimum; Free Shipping on orders of $400 or more. Payment due before shipping.

For your application to be complete, you will also need to email us a copy of each of the following to support@mysoaplicity.com:

Current Business License for your location(s) being considered
Completed TC-721 Form (Utah only)
